Terms of sale
The rules for buying from Blackout Supply Co. Last updated October 17, 2026.
Age
You must be 21 or older to create an account or buy anything here. We verify every account's ID by hand before checkout unlocks, and we cancel orders from accounts we find were created with false information.
Your local laws
You're responsible for knowing whether you can legally buy, receive, and possess these products where you live. We only ship to the states listed on our Where we ship page, and that list may change as laws change.
Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars. When you check out, we quote the total in your chosen coin at the live exchange rate. That quote holds for 30 minutes, and you can get a new quote after it expires. Send the exact amount shown. Crypto payments are final and can't be reversed.
Use
For adult use only. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Don't drive or operate machinery after use. These products may show up on drug tests. Talk to a doctor before use if you're pregnant, nursing, or taking medication. These statements have not been evaluated by the FDA, and these products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Cancellations
We may cancel an order if we can't verify payment, if the shipping address is in a state we don't ship to, or if a product is unavailable. If you've already paid, we'll contact you about a refund.
Returns
