What we collect
- Account: your email address, a hashed password, and your date of birth.
- ID verification: the photo or scan of the government ID you upload, used only to confirm you're 21+.
- Orders: what you bought, your shipping address, the coin you paid with, the amount, and any transaction ID you give us.
- Messages: if you use the contact form, your email, your message, and your IP address.
How we use it
To verify your age, fulfill and ship your orders, confirm payments, and answer your questions. We don't sell your information, and we don't use advertising trackers or analytics on this site.
Where it's stored
Account, order, and ID data are stored on our web server, in a location that isn't publicly accessible. Uploaded IDs can only be viewed through our password-protected admin page.
Who else sees it
Your shipping address goes to the carrier that delivers your package. Crypto payments are recorded on public blockchains (BTC, ETH, and SOL are publicly visible; Monero is private by design). We may disclose information if legally required to.
Your choices
Email us to ask what we hold about you or to have your account and ID deleted. We may keep order records where the law requires it.
